Our office is on the first floor of Rockline Centre, right there on Richmond Road in Bangalore. It is a noisy spot because of all the traffic, but being central makes it easy for people to find us. HIPE Property Consultancy is really just a group of us who spend most of our time dealing with property documents and local regulations. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a regular space with desks and too many folders. On a typical morning, we are usually checking emails or calling people about site visits. Richmond Road has a lot of history and we see the changes every day from our window. It takes a lot of patience to get property stuff right in this city. There are always new rules or paperwork that needs sorting out. We don’t do anything flashy here. We just sit down, look at the numbers, and try to help people figure out their real estate situations. Sometimes it’s a bit of a headache with all the back-and-forth, but that is how it goes. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and arguing about which route is fastest to a client’s site. It’s a practical job. We focus on the details that usually get overlooked. The work is steady and we’ve been at this for a while now, just keeping things moving for whoever walks through the door.
