The building is practical and fits the surroundings. We spend our days making sure the kitchen is stocked and the tables are ready. Working out here means we see a lot of people passing through on their way somewhere else. It gets busy during the weekends when people want to get out of the city for a bit of air. We have a small team from the local area helping us out. There's always something to fix or clean, as is the case with any place serving food. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of rules; we just try to do things the right way. The weather in Sarjapura is usually a bit better than the city, which is nice for the staff.
