High Tech Condos Llp is a small operation located at number 12 on the 5th ‘D’ Cross in Bhoopasandra. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, tucked away from the main noise. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building; we are just a team of people working in a regular office space. We focus on residential projects, mostly condos as the name suggests. A lot of our time is spent talking to suppliers or making sure the plumbing and electrical work at the sites is actually getting done. There is always a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for what we need. We started this because we knew the Bhoopasandra and North Bangalore areas pretty well. We see how the city is expanding and just wanted to be a part of the housing side of things. It’s hard work, and there are always delays you can’t predict, like rain or worker shortages. We don’t have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what is available and what the timeline looks like. Most of us have been in this industry long enough to know that things rarely go perfectly, but you just keep moving. If you drop by, you’ll likely find us looking over site photos or arguing about the cost of tiles. It’s just how a local business runs.
