High On Ice Beverages Llp is located over in Sonnappa Layout, specifically on the second cross of Kereguddahalli Main Road. It’s not a huge place, just No. 19, but it works for what we need to get done with the drinks. Bangalore has changed a lot lately, and there’s more traffic on the main road than there used to be, so getting deliveries out can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend most of our mornings getting the beverage batches sorted and making sure everything is cold enough. The guys in the back are usually busy with the bottling. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here in the 560090 area. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to keep the cooling systems going, which is never fun. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity, just a local beverage outfit trying to stay busy. The neighborhood knows us as that place near the corner. I started this because I saw a need for local drinks that didn't cost a fortune. My brother helps out with the books, though he's often late. We have a small crew who’ve been with us since we opened up in this layout. It’s noisy with the machines, and the floor is usually a bit wet from the washing, but we manage.
