Helico Foodlabs Private Limited is on the first floor of a building in Indiranagar. The address is 811, 10th A Main, Binnamangala. If you’ve ever walked around Indiranagar, you know how the streets are laid out. It’s a lively area with a lot of energy. Our lab space is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a huge, sterile place like you see in movies. It’s a practical room with the tools we need to do our food testing and research. We’ve been here in the 560038 zip code for a bit now. The 10th A Main is a good spot, though parking is always a nightmare if you arrive after ten in the morning. Inside, it’s mostly just us looking at data or checking on samples. We have a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunches and talk about the weekend. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate layers. If something needs fixing, one of us just fixes it. It’s an honest way to work. We like being in this part of Bangalore because everything we need is close by. The work we do at Helico is technical, but we try to keep the atmosphere light. We’re just a group of people who are interested in food science and wanted a place to do our own thing without people looking over our shoulders all the time.
