Heimat Developers Private Limited is located over in Jakkur, specifically at No.180 on the first floor of a building called Anugaraha. We are tucked away in Telecom Layout on 3rd Cross. It is a bit quieter up here in the north part of Bangalore compared to the city center. We focus on developing projects and handling the logistics that come with it. It’s not always an easy job. There is a lot of running around for approvals and checking on how things are progressing on the ground. We moved into this office to have a steady base for our operations. Most days, you’ll find one or two of us here sorting out the accounts or talking to people about land. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the developments done without too many headaches. The neighborhood is growing fast, so there is always something happening nearby. Sometimes we get distracted by the noise of new construction around us, which is ironic since that’s our business too. We keep things pretty informal. If you come by, you might see a bunch of site boots near the door and stacks of papers on the desks. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us. No fancy stuff here, just people trying to build something that lasts in this growing city.
