Hee Developers Private Limited

Hee Developers Private Limited is based out of No.162 in the Pete Chennappa Industrial Estate, which is on the Magadi Main Road in Kamakshi Palya. It’s a very industrial part of Bangalore, so there are always trucks moving in and out and a lot of loading and unloading happening nearby. Our office is right there in the middle of all that action. We work as developers, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and thinking about how to build things on it. Magadi Road is always busy and sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, but you just get used to it after a while. We aren't a big fancy company with a lobby or anything like that. Our space is just where we keep our files, have our tea, and talk about the next steps for whatever building we are working on. There is usually a lot of shouting across the office because it can get noisy outside with the traffic and the industrial machines nearby. We have a small group of people working here who just want to get the job done and go home to their families. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult people or things don't go the way the government rules say they should, but we just keep trying to figure it out. It’s a straightforward life here in Kamakshi Palya, just working on the next development project as it comes.
