If you know the Hormavu Agara Road area, we are tucked away just off that main stretch in Bangalore-560043. The building we are in feels a bit like a house that was turned into an office, which makes it feel a lot less stiff than a normal workplace. We handle infrastructure projects, but our day-to-day is mostly just sitting in the office and coordinating with people on the ground. It gets a bit dusty outside because there is always some construction happening in Horamavu. We’ve grown used to the noise of the traffic nearby. There isn't a big lobby or a receptionist here. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We keep things very basic. Most of our morning is spent answering emails or talking to suppliers on the phone. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure our projects move along without too many hiccups. The commute to Banjara Layout can be tough depending on where you are coming from, so we try to start early. We have a small corner for lunch and usually just chat about the local news while we eat. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to do a decent job.
