Operating from this location has been our routine for quite some time now. The office is basically where all our building and construction activities are managed. It’s a functional space, nothing too fancy. A few desks and a place to meet people who want to talk about their projects are all we have. Being on 6th Main is convenient because it's a well-known road. Local foot traffic is common here. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or managing the guys out on the field. It’s practical work. We just try to be reliable instead of trying to be the biggest company out there. The tea shop nearby is where we usually take our breaks. It's a nice escape from the office noise. Plans and final bits of construction all go through this office. Sometimes things get delayed, as they do in this business, but we stay on top of it. Our small team pitches in with whatever needs doing. It’s just how things get done here. J P Nagar feels like home to us. There is always something new happening on this street, and we enjoy being right in the middle of it all while we work on our buildings.
