You can find Haphoggers Restaurant Llp over in Koramangala, specifically at Numbers 9 and 10 on the 4th Cross in Green Leaf Layout. Koramangala is always moving and changing, and we are right in the thick of all that energy. We started this place because we liked the idea of having a spot where people could just come to eat and relax for a bit. Our kitchen is usually a bit of a mess during the busy lunch rush, but that’s just how it goes when you’re trying to get orders out. We spend a lot of our time trying out different recipes and seeing what people actually like to eat. It’s not a fancy corporate dining room with white tablecloths; it’s more of a local hangout for the neighborhood. The 4th Cross is a little bit quieter than the main roads nearby, which we actually prefer. We have a small, hardworking crew that helps out with all the cooking and the cleaning. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about life, and other days we can barely keep up with the tickets coming in. We don’t really do the whole professional marketing thing or post a lot of polished photos. We just put the food out on the plates and hope that people enjoy what we've made. It’s a lot of hard work on your feet all day long, and the heat in the kitchen can be something else during the summer months. We’ve been in Green Leaf Layout for a while now and we know most people who walk by.
