Hanstec Dream Homes Private Limited is based at 11/2B/2A10. We are located right near the Upadhyaya Nagar MLA Layout. It’s an interesting spot because the neighborhood is always developing. We focus on homes, which is a very personal thing for people. We aren't a massive developer that builds thousands of identical apartments. We are more local than that. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just where we sit down and look at floor plans or talk to contractors. Being near the MLA Layout means we see a lot of the new construction happening in the area. We try to help people figure out how to get the home they want without making it too complicated. Buying or building a home is stressful enough, so we try to keep the conversation easy and straightforward. We don't use a lot of sales talk. We just show you what is possible and what the costs look like. Sometimes there are delays with permits or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we are honest about those things. We'd rather tell you the truth than give you a polished marketing story. We’ve been around this part of town long enough to know the local suppliers and how things get done here. It’s a small team and we like it that way because it means we can actually talk to the people we are building for.
