Habulus Builders And Developers Privatelimited is located on the first floor of building number twenty. We are right on Vgp Land Road in Nagappa Layout, which is part of Kudlu Village. It is a quiet enough area for the most part. We have been working out of this office for some time now. It is just a basic space where we handle our business day to day. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is mostly just us sitting at our desks and getting things done. If you are coming down Vgp Land Road, you just look for the first floor sign. Kudlu Village has changed a lot lately but we are still here doing our thing. We try to keep things simple. No one here really likes big meetings or long emails. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to happen next. It is a practical way to run things. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you are carrying boxes, but we manage. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it is a local kind of vibe. We know the shopkeepers on the corner and where to get a decent tea. We are just a small team trying to do right by our work in Nagappa Layout. There isn't much more to say about how we operate as a company. We just keep moving forward.
