We are GURU PUNVAANII REALTY LLP. Our office is located at No. 14, on the 3rd Cross of Narayan Swamy Iyangar Road. This is in Bangalore North, near the 560020 area. The road can be a bit tricky to navigate if you aren’t from around here, but once you find the 3rd Cross, we are right there. It’s a local neighborhood vibe. We have a small team working out of this space. The building is pretty standard for the area. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything like that. Just a small board so people know they’re at the right place. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who live nearby or are looking to move into the North Bangalore side. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of checking on things. The office has a few desks and a lot of files. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on a busy Monday. It’s just how it goes. We don’t put on any acts. We are just people working in the real estate field, trying to make a living in the city. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a good spot to hear what’s happening in the neighborhood. We’ve seen the 3rd Cross change over the years, new houses going up and old ones coming down. It keeps us busy most days of the week.
