Our office is located in Unit 107 of the Kumudam Apartments. We are over in Kasavanahalli, which is just off the Sarjapur Main Road in Bengaluru. If you have been to this part of town lately, you know how much construction is going on. We are right in the thick of it. Gudla Developers is a small private limited company. We do not have a flashy office with glass walls or a receptionist. It is just a practical workspace where we manage our development projects. The address has a lot of complicated plot numbers and K-numbers, but we have been here long enough that it makes sense to us. We spend a lot of our time dealing with blueprints and the mountain of paperwork that comes with land in Karnataka. Some days are really long, especially when we are trying to coordinate with labor and suppliers. It is not always easy. We deal with the usual headaches like power cuts or late deliveries. We just take it as it comes. We are not trying to be the biggest developers in Bangalore. We just want to finish our work properly and move on to the next thing.
