Our office is tucked away in D904 at the Bren Avalon complex. It’s right in the Doddanakundi Extension area. Most people find us by looking for the Big Basket nearby since that is a pretty well-known landmark around Chinnapanahalli Main Road. Gtick Hr Solutions Private Limited is basically just a group of us working out of this apartment-style setup. It feels a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate park, which we actually prefer. Bangalore traffic being what it is, getting to this side of town can be a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones, dealing with all the HR things that come our way. The building itself is okay, and it stays relatively quiet once you get inside. We have a small kitchen area where we make way too much coffee. Sometimes we take a walk down the main road during lunch just to get some air. It’s a growing part of Bangalore, so there is always some construction or something new opening up. The Big Basket trucks are always coming and going, so there is a lot of activity at the entrance. Our office inside Bren Avalon is just a regular place where we keep our files and laptops. We don't have a huge lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just a workspace where we try to stay organized. Most of our days are spent talking to people and looking through files. It's pretty straightforward work. We like being in this part of 560048 because it’s close to a lot of other businesses but still feels like a neighborhood.
