G.S. Sethi Constructions Llp is located in Padmanabhanagar at number 373 on Puttalingiah Road. We are up on the second floor, sharing the space near Anaaya Investment Advisors. Padmanabhanagar is a pretty quiet part of Bangalore compared to some other spots, and we like it that way. We are a construction firm, and the Sethi name has been associated with building for a while now. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even though we are an LLP. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy PR team. It’s mostly just us and our site supervisors trying to keep everything moving forward. The office on the second floor is where we keep all the files and meet with people when we aren't out on a project. It’s a bit cluttered with samples of tiles, wood, and brick, but that’s just how a construction office looks. We spend our mornings checking on the various sites we have going and our afternoons here in Padmanabhanagar doing the admin work. It isn't always easy, and there are plenty of days where things don't go according to plan, like when the rain stops work or a machine breaks down. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job and stays local. Our setup is practical and we don't feel any need to make it look fancier than it actually is.
