GRUHAS HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Hebbal, right on Kempegowda Main Road in Dasarahalli. The office is at No.37/3 on the 2nd cross. It's a pretty handy location for us since we do a lot of work with houses in this part of town. Gruhas Homes is basically just a small group of people who know a thing or two about construction and local property. We started this because we saw a lot of folks struggling to find decent places to live or getting stuck with builders who didn't listen. We don't do anything too flashy here. Usually, you'll find us drinking tea and looking over some blueprints or talking to contractors about timelines. It’s hard work and some days are longer than others, especially when there’s rain or material delays at the sites. We try to stay organized but sometimes things get messy, which is just how it goes in this industry. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of offices across the country. We’re just here in Hebbal. People from the neighborhood drop in sometimes to ask about projects or just to see what’s going on with a specific plot of land. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the sites. We just keep at it, one house at a time, making sure things stay on track as much as we can.
