If you head over to Church Road, you’ll find us at number 16. We are GRR Realtors LLP. We’re up on the 2nd floor. It’s an old building, so it has that specific smell of old paper and dust. Church Road is usually pretty busy with people walking around or cars trying to find a spot. We’ve been here for a while, looking out at the street from our window. Bangalore 560004 is our corner of the world. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but you get used to them. We don’t have a lift that works all the time, so we usually just walk. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace. We have some chairs for visitors and a couple of big tables where we spread out the documents. It’s not a polished corporate setup. We like the creaky floors and the way the light comes in during the afternoon. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing things down. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes we grab coffee from the place downstairs. It’s a simple life running a business in this part of town. People know where to find us. Usually, we just keep the door open to let some air in since it gets stuffy in the summer. It's a lot of work but someone has to do it.
