We are based out of the Balepet Commercial Complex, specifically at Shrusti Comfort. Grp Hotels India Private Limited has been part of this Bangalore neighborhood for a bit now. Being in the 560053 area means things are always moving fast outside our doors. It’s a commercial hub, so there is always noise and people passing by, which we’ve gotten used to. Our setup is pretty simple. We don't have any interest in sounding like a giant corporation with polished PR statements. We just run our hotel operations and try to keep things organized. The team here is small, and we mostly look after the admin work and the guest services from our office in the complex. It can get a bit cramped when we’re busy, but we make it work. We value just getting the basics right. If a room needs fixing or a guest has a request, we just deal with it. No need for long meetings or complicated plans. We like the Balepet area because it feels like the heart of the city. It’s not always pretty, and the streets are narrow, but it’s where we do our business. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without making a big deal out of it. It’s a regular life for us here at the office, and that's just how we like to keep it.
