Growthacre Projects Private Limited

Growthacre Projects Private Limited is up on the third floor of Royal Greens, Tower No 2, in Gram Sirsi. We’re in Flat No 308. We focus on various projects around the Sirsi area, mostly dealing with property and development. It’s a busy office but we try to keep things simple. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over blueprints on the big table in the middle of the room. Being in Royal Greens gives us a good view of how the area is growing. We see new houses and buildings going up all the time. Our job is to be a part of that process. It isn't always smooth sailing. Sometimes the permits take forever or the weather ruins a week of work. We just take it as it comes. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know the local market and how to get things moving. We go out to the sites a lot to make sure the workers have what they need. It’s a lot of driving back and forth. Gram Sirsi has changed a lot since we started, and we’ve been here through most of it. We keep our paperwork organized and our boots by the door. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a new site or a delivery. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand.
