Based in the Vaishnavi Sapphire Centre, Grifo Realty Solutions Private Limited sits right on Tumkur Road. Our spot is No 9/36 on the second floor. Because of the metro and the highway, it gets pretty loud outside, but it's quieter once you get inside. We started this because Yeshwanthpur is always in demand for space. Someone is always looking for a shop or a flat around here. Our office isn't anything fancy, just some chairs and a basic desk setup. We don't really care for the high-end look you see in the city center. Our focus is on keeping the paperwork straight and knowing which sites are actually open for deals. The traffic on Tumkur Road is a real pain in the evenings, so we usually stick around late to wait it out. Bangalore is growing so fast that it’s honestly hard to keep up. We have watched the flyovers being built and the shops change owners many times over the years. This is just a normal business for us, not a corporate dream. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just a place for people in this neighborhood to get help. A lot of our time is spent walking to different properties or answering the phone. The mall security knows us by name now since we've been here so long. It makes the day feel a bit more personal even in such a big building.
