Grailads Private Limited

We operate out of C-404 in the Parimala Trinity Apartments on Bhoganhalli Road. It's in the Panathur area, which is getting really crowded these days. Grailads is basically us working out of this apartment space. It makes things easier because we don't have to deal with a big commercial building. We do ad work mostly. Some days it’s quiet and we can really focus, but other days the neighborhood is noisy with all the new construction. We have a small setup here with the basics. Computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and enough chairs for everyone. We aren't some big agency with a receptionist. You just come in and find us working. We like the flexibility of being in Panathur. It’s close to a lot of things, even if the traffic is a nightmare. We spend a lot of time looking at data and trying to make sense of it. Sometimes we eat lunch together in the kitchen area. It’s very informal. We don’t wear suits or use big words. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a simple way to run things. We’ve had to learn a lot as we go. Every day brings something a bit different, which keeps it interesting. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a good job for our clients and stay on top of our bills. It works for us.
