If you go behind the BBMP office in Mahadevapura, right next to Meghana Nursing Home, you’ll find us at number 155 on 1st Cross. It’s a handy location, although parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive at the wrong time. We’ve been here for a while, working as builders and developers in this local area. Our office is a simple place where we keep our tools and our records. Being right next to the nursing home means it’s usually a bit quieter on our street than the main road. We spend our days dealing with permits, materials, and making sure the foundations are poured right. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean. There’s always some mud or cement dust involved. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy showroom. We’d rather spend our time on the actual job sites making sure things are being done correctly. Most of our crew are locals, and we’ve built quite a few of the structures you see around this part of Mahadevapura. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the process of seeing a building go up from nothing. Some days we are just stuck doing paperwork for the BBMP, which isn't the fun part, but it has to be done. We just take it one day at a time. The office cat usually sleeps on the blueprint table, which is a bit of a nuisance.
