Gowrasri Developers Llp is located right in Doddanekkundi. Our office is actually in Kodanda Rama Nilaya, which is on the 24/1 plot. If you are driving down Doddanekkundi Main Road, you have probably seen the area. It is a busy part of Bangalore, but we like it here. It is a simple setup we have. Nothing too flashy because we prefer to put our energy into the actual work we do on the ground. We deal with land and building stuff mostly. The team here is quite small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at blueprints and the next I am talking to contractors or dealing with some government paperwork. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but that is just how the developer business works in India. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us if they have questions about property. It is not like those big glass-window offices you see in the tech parks. We are just regular people working in a regular building. Sometimes we stay late when a project is finishing up, but usually, we head home when the sun goes down. We just want to do a decent job and keep moving forward with the next thing. It is practical work for us, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is.
