You can find us over at Flat 103 in the Prime Rose Apartment. It is part of the Rakruthi Township in the Horamavu Agara area of Bengaluru. It is a bit of a quiet spot, which is nice when the rest of the city gets too hectic. Gouda Infrastructures started because we saw how much was being built around this part of town and we wanted to get involved ourselves. We are not some massive company with hundreds of floors of office space; we mostly just work out of this apartment. It keeps our costs down and lets us focus on the actual building work that needs to get done. My brother and a few of us run the whole operation from here. We handle various infrastructure jobs, mostly dealing with local developments and some smaller projects. It involves a lot of paperwork and even more time spent getting our boots dirty at the sites. Some days are just constant phone calls with suppliers and trying to find the right laborers for a specific task. Bangalore traffic makes getting between the different sites a real headache sometimes, but we manage to stay on schedule most of the time. We do not have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just want to do a decent job so people are happy with the work. It takes a lot of coordination, and things do not always go perfectly, but we stay honest about the process. We have lived here a long time and know the area well.
