We work out of a place called Vedapushpa. The address is a bit of a mouthful with the numbers 15/1 and 185/2 and 185/A, all tucked away in Bangalore South. It’s a solid area to be in, even if the mailman gets confused about the house numbers sometimes. We’ve been in this part of Karnataka for a while now. The building itself has some character to it, it's not one of those new builds that all look exactly the same. Inside, we've set things up so it’s easy to move around. We don't have those tiny cubicles that make you feel like you're in a cage. Instead, we just have long tables where everyone sits together. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that's just how it goes in a small office. We have a small area for coffee breaks, but mostly people just eat at their desks while watching something on their phones. We like the 560041 zip code because it feels like a real neighborhood. You see the same people walking their dogs every morning. Our group is pretty small, so we all know what's going on with each other's work. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs to be moved or fixed, the person closest to it just does it. We’re just trying to do a decent job every day and keep the lights on. It’s a simple life.
