Our place is at R-20 in the Kssidc Estate on T.B. Dam Road. It’s an industrial patch of ground, so you’ll see a lot of sheds and small manufacturing units around us. Goldenbells Estate & Properties has been here for a while. The road out front, T.B. Dam Road, gets a lot of heavy vehicles passing through, so it can get pretty dusty and loud during the day. Our office is a simple one, built for work rather than looking pretty. We have a few chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out the property maps. We deal with land and estate issues mostly. It involves a lot of checking on site locations and making sure the boundaries are where they should be. We aren't big on corporate polish. We just talk to people normally and try to help them with their property needs. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break. The heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running full blast. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment. We just do our daily chores, handle the paperwork, and head home when we’re done. It’s a solid way to make a living in this part of the country. We don't complicate things with fancy words; we just get the job done and help our neighbors out.
