GM RISEONIC DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Azeem Pearl on Dickenson Road, right at 44/1. If you know Bangalore, you know this part of town gets pretty crowded during the day. GM Riseonic Developers is basically just our team trying to keep up with the building work we’ve got going on. It’s not a huge setup, just a practical office where we can meet and look over blueprints. We’ve been in the 560008 area for some time. There’s always noise from the street, but it keeps us energized I guess. Most of our work involves managing the development side of things, making sure stuff actually gets built the way it’s supposed to. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations. Instead, we’re usually on the phone with suppliers or walking through a site in our boots. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go sideways, but we just deal with it as it comes. Being a private limited company sounds formal, but we’re really just regular people working hard. We’ve had this spot at Azeem Pearl for a bit, and it works for us. We don’t have a massive staff, just enough to get the projects across the line. It gets busy, and some days are longer than others, but we like the work. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell, nothing too complicated about it at all.
