Glovin Gyara India Private Limited is based out of House No 116, Saraswati Niketan, which is in Mangalwar Peth, Tilakwadi. This isn't one of those glass-and-steel offices you see in the city center. It’s a more traditional building, and it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate headquarters. Mangalwar Peth is an old neighborhood with a lot of character. We like it because it feels real. Our daily routine involves a lot of small tasks that keep the business moving. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in a suit. It’s just us, working in a space that’s filled with old furniture and some filing cabinets. The name Glovin Gyara is what’s on our registration, but to the neighbors, we’re just the people in House 116. We do a bit of everything here. Sometimes it's inventory, sometimes it's just sorting through mail. The pace isn't usually crazy, which is nice. We have a small porch where we sometimes take breaks and watch the street. It’s a quiet life for the most part. Tilakwadi is a nice area to be in, and being at Saraswati Niketan gives us a sense of stability. We don't have any grand plans to take over the world; we just want to keep doing what we do and stay consistent. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle every day. We usually finish up by six and head home. There’s no pressure to be anything we’re not, and that’s how we like it.
