Gkv Builders And Developers Llp is based over in Yelahanka New Town. We are on the ground floor of a building in Someshwaranagar, right on the 3rd A Main. It’s a decent spot, though 5th Cross can get a bit crowded with parked cars. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves in the building industry. It’s been a learning curve, for sure. Every project teaches us something new, usually about how to handle a problem we didn't see coming. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and visiting the sites. We spend a lot of time walking around Yelahanka, checking on how things are going. The neighborhood has grown a lot since we first set up here. Our office at No. 9 is a simple place where we keep our files and meet with people to discuss their plans. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in Bangalore. We just want to do solid work that we can be okay with at the end of the day. There are always challenges with labor or permits, but that is just the way it goes in this line of work. We appreciate the people who trust us with their projects. It’s a big responsibility and we take it seriously, even if we don't use a lot of fancy words to describe it. We’re just local builders doing our thing every day, trying to build something that lasts.
