GIRIAS HOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Malleshwaram, on the 3rd floor of building number 47. We are right on Margosa Road, near 15th Cross and 3rd Main. If you know Malleshwaram, you know how busy it can get with all the shops and the trees. It’s a very traditional part of Bangalore, and we like being here. Our office isn't anything too special, just a bunch of desks and files related to the housing projects we handle. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about where they want to live and trying to figure out the best way to get houses built. Since we are on the 3rd floor, we get a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of people and vendors. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the regulations and the paperwork, but that is what we do. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just focus on the housing side of things. Most of the staff has been here for a while, so we know the local area quite well. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic on Margosa Road, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We just try to stay busy and make sure we are doing right by the people who come to us. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us here. The building on 15th Cross has its quirks.
