We are located on the first floor of Sneha Bhavan, which is at No.59 on 4th Cross. It’s on Balaji Street over in Ramamurthy Nagar. Our office is a simple setup where we handle the daily business of Gilgal Builders & Developers Indiaprivate Limited. It’s not a flashy place, just some desks and a lot of binders full of project details. Ramamurthy Nagar has grown so much lately, and we’ve been right here watching it happen. We spend most of our time coordinating with laborers and checking on construction sites. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. One minute we’re talking about plumbing, and the next we’re looking at electrical layouts. We aren't a big corporate entity with a board of directors. It’s just a handful of us making sure things get built properly. We don't have a fancy website or a PR team. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out in the field. We know the local shops and the people around Balaji Street pretty well. Sometimes the work is stressful when there are delays with materials, but we just take it as it comes. We try to be straightforward with anyone who walks up the stairs to our office. We don't like using complicated jargon. If a project is going to take six months, we just say it’ll take six months. It’s just how we operate.
