Geopreneur Habitats Private Limited

Our office is at No 118 in the Siva Building, right in Peenya 2nd Stage. If you know Bengaluru, you know Peenya is always loud and moving. Geopreneur Habitats Private Limited is based right in the middle of all that noise. We deal with habitat projects and housing stuff, but mostly we’re just a small crew trying to keep things organized. The building we are in is easy to find, though parking is usually a nightmare like everywhere else in this city. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. We spend our time looking at maps and talking to workers on site. It gets dusty in this part of town, and the tea shop downstairs is where we spend most of our breaks. We’ve been at this for a while now, trying to make sense of the construction scene here. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just have to wait it out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Being in the 560058 zip code means we are close to the factories and the main road. We just try to get the projects done without too much fuss. Most days are just a cycle of phone calls and site visits, making sure everything is moving along.
