Gen Y Constructions Private Limited

Our company, Gen Y Constructions Private Limited, is based in Kasavanahalli. We are in Flat No. 102 of the Leafy Blocks building, which is part of Ownerscourt West. It’s right on the Kasavanahalli Main Road. The area is quite busy these days with all the new apartments going up. Our office is a converted flat, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. Planning and meetings happen here most days. It’s a space where we can spread out our maps and construction schedules. The team is usually busy coordinating with site supervisors or talking to clients. We've been in this part of Bangalore for a few years now. Traffic on Main Road can be a pain, but the location is great for reaching our project sites. Corporate polish isn't really our thing. We’re more about the actual building part of the business. You’ll often find us with dust on our boots because we just came from a site. It’s a practical office for practical people. All sorts of construction work come through here. Every day brings a different challenge, whether it’s a delivery delay or a technical issue on-site. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things moving. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve got a good group here. Daily tasks take priority and we make sure the buildings get finished as planned.
