Our place is over in Laggere, at Narasimhaswamy Badavane. If you are driving down 34th Main Road, you will find us around 8th Cross at number 135. We are a bunch of builders and developers who spend more time on-site than in the office most weeks. This area has been developing fast, and we have been part of that, putting up houses and commercial spaces where there used to be empty lots. It is a local business, run by people who live and work right here. We do not use big words to describe what we do; we just build things. Whether it is digging the foundation or finishing up the roof, we stay involved in the whole thing from start to finish. The office can be a bit messy with blueprints and samples of tiles or granite lying around, but it is where the planning happens. We know the streets of Laggere pretty well by now. We have seen a lot of families move in and start their lives in buildings we helped put together. It is a practical job, and we treat it that way. There is no secret to it, just showing up every day and making sure the labor is doing what they are supposed to do. We prefer talking to people face to face rather than over long emails. If you are in the neighborhood, you might see our trucks moving through the narrow lanes. We are just trying to do solid work.
