Ganbei Restaurants Private Limited is based at No. 91 in the 5th Block of the Koramangala Industrial Layout. If you know Bengaluru, you know that Koramangala is always moving, and the Industrial Layout is no exception. It is a busy place with lots of trucks and vans coming and going all day long. Our office at Number 91 is where we handle the administrative side of our restaurant business. It isn't a place where you would come to eat, but rather the hub where we do all the boring but necessary stuff like payroll and scheduling. The building is pretty standard for the area, nothing too flashy or modern. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Working in an industrial layout means it can get a bit noisy with all the activity outside, but we have gotten used to it. The team here is small and we all wear different hats depending on what needs to be done that day. We don't really have time for big corporate meetings or polish. We just focus on keeping the restaurants running and making sure everything is in order. It’s a busy, sometimes messy process, but it is how we operate. We like being right in the middle of the action in Koramangala, even if the traffic is a nightmare most evenings. That is pretty much who we are and what we do here in our corner of the layout.
