FUTURENIRMAAN ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at Maruthi Krupa in Doddakallasandra. It's a second-floor flat, number 204. Getting here isn't too bad if the traffic on Kanakapura Road is behaving. Futurenirmaan is just a group of us working out of this space. The building itself is pretty easy to find once you're in the 1st Stage area. It’s quiet enough most days, which helps when we're trying to get things done. Bengaluru weather is usually on our side, though the rains can make the lane a bit messy. We’ve been at this for a bit now. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. Usually, one of us is around if someone drops by, but we're mostly focused on the project work at hand. Sometimes the power goes out, but that's just part of living in this part of town. We manage. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays pretty calm around the office. We like being tucked away here instead of in one of those huge tech parks where you get lost in the crowd. It feels more like a real workplace this way. We just keep our heads down and handle what comes our way. If you know the area, you know it's a mix of old and new Bangalore. That's us, really. Just a small team in a flat trying to make things work and keeping the lights on.
