Fursan Properties Llp is over in AECS Layout, Kundanhalli. Our office is actually in a flat, J-002, inside the Shriram Spurthi apartments. We are right there alongside Enatra Marketing Solutions. It’s a bit of a different way to run a business, out of a ground-floor apartment, but it makes things very accessible for people. We deal with properties and real estate matters in this part of Bangalore. Being in AECS Layout means we are right in the thick of the IT corridor area, so it’s always busy around here. The office feels more like a home than a corporate space, which we think makes people feel a bit more relaxed. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy lobby. We just have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of property documents filed away. Most of our work involves talking to people, looking at plots, and figuring out the paperwork for buying or selling. It’s a lot of legwork. Sometimes we spend the whole day out in the sun and only come back to the flat in the evening to finish up the notes. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or fancy talk. We just tell people what we know about the local market and help them out with their property needs. It’s a small, straightforward operation. We’ve been in Shriram Spurthi for a while now and we know the area like the back of our hand. It’s just how we do things every day.
