Frosein Foods Private Limited is based in Ramamurthy Nagar. Our spot is at 35, SR Nilayam in the Dassapa Layout area. We handle a lot of frozen items. This means we are always worrying about the electricity and the freezers. If the power goes out, we have to move fast. Our 2nd lane location is a bit quiet, which is nice for loading the vans. We spend a lot of time checking thermometers. Every day is about moving boxes from one cold room to another. It gets chilly inside, so we wear jackets even when it is hot outside. We have a small crew. One person handles the phone calls and the others are usually in the back dealing with the stock. It’s a simple setup at SR Nilayam. We don't have a big storefront for people to walk into. Most of our work is behind the scenes, getting things ready for other shops or kitchens. Sometimes the labels get stuck in the printer and we have to fix that manually. It's those little things that take up time. We’ve been in the 3rd stage of the layout for a while. We just focus on keeping the products cold and moving them out to customers before they thaw. It’s a lot of lifting and counting boxes, but it keeps us busy. We mostly just do our own thing and keep the freezers running.
