Fragiliti Narratives Private Limited is based out of 163, Ferns Habitat in Doddanekkundi. It’s a bit of a different vibe being in a habitat area rather than a main commercial street. It’s a lot quieter here, which is good because we do a lot of writing and story-related work. We moved into this spot because we needed a place where we could actually hear ourselves think. The office isn't very big, but it fits our small team just fine. We have a few desks, a lot of notebooks, and some half-empty coffee mugs scattered around. Doddanekkundi has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We spend our days piecing together narratives. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, we just sit and think and then type it out. Sometimes we hit a wall and have to go for a walk around the neighborhood to clear our heads. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It's just us. We don't have a formal dress code or scheduled meetings every hour. We just talk across the room when something comes up. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, maybe a bit too relaxed sometimes when we get distracted by the birds outside. But we always get the work done in the end. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours and we’ve made it our own. We even have a small plant that refuses to die despite us forgetting to water it.
