Our office is at No. 06 in G.M. Pearl, which is in the 1st Stage of BTM Layout. This is right in the heart of Bangalore, specifically the 560068 area. We go by the name Foxtronic Real Estate Developers Private Limited. BTM Layout is always buzzing with people and traffic, so it’s an energetic place to be. We have been working out of this building for a few years now. Inside, we have a pretty simple setup. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of files related to different real estate projects. We spend our days talking to people about land, checking on building permits, and making sure our records are up to date. It is a lot of routine work, but it keeps us busy. We aren't a big, flashy corporation. We are just a group of people who know the local real estate market and work hard at it. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when the street traffic is heavy, but we are used to it by now. We don't use a lot of fancy words when we talk to our clients. We just give them the facts and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We like being part of the BTM community and seeing how the neighborhood develops. It’s just our daily job and we do our best with it.
