FORTUNA LIVING SPACES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

Fortuna Living Spaces India Private Limited is based out of Sahakar Nagar. Specifically, we are on the 4th floor at C-416 in the Canara Bank Layout. It is a decent part of town and it's where we do all our daily business. We’ve got a small team here and we mostly focus on the housing side of things. The office isn't huge but it fits us just fine. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking to contractors. Sahakar Nagar has grown a lot lately so there is always something new happening down the street. We like being tucked away in the layout because it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. You’ll usually find us buried under a pile of papers or out on a site visit. We don't really go for those flashy corporate meetings. We’d rather just talk plainly about what needs to be done. It’s just how we operate. If someone needs to find us, they just head to the fourth floor. The stairs are a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. We handle the local projects and try to stay on top of the regulations. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we know. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors in the building are all pretty friendly. It's a good atmosphere for getting things finished and done right.
