Our office is on the 2nd floor of building number 607, which is on Dr. Muthuraj Road. We are in the VII Block of the II Phase in Banashankari III Stage. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of local businesses around us. Floor Business Management is a consultancy where we help people figure out how to run their operations better. The office is a bit plain, but it works for us. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a small area for making coffee. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just talk to people plainly about their business problems and try to find answers that actually work in the real world. Dr. Muthuraj Road always has plenty of traffic, so there’s a constant hum of engines in the background. We’ve been working from this location for several years now and we know the area very well. Our team is small, which means we all have to do a bit of everything, from answering phones to writing up long reports. We don't have any big mission statements on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We like being part of the community here and helping out other local businesses whenever they need a hand with their management stuff. It’s a steady pace and we just keep moving forward with our tasks.
