Fixcelent Build Private Limited

Fixcelent Build Private Limited is over at No. 02 in Katriguppe Grama. Some of the older maps still show it as No. 43, which can be a bit confusing for delivery folks or anyone visiting for the first time. We are tucked away on the 4th Cross in Bsk 3rd Stage. This part of Bangalore is always busy, but our little corner stays relatively okay compared to the main roads. The office itself is just a functional space where we handle all the building work and planning. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place with some desks and a couple of computers where we get the work done. The area has changed a lot lately, with new apartments popping up everywhere around Katriguppe. Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot on the cross road, so we usually tell people to park a bit further away if they are coming by car. We spend most of our days talking to contractors and checking on materials. There’s a small tea shop just down the road where we go when we need a break from the paperwork. It’s a local business, through and through. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. It’s just us working in the neighborhood, trying to keep things moving. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but for now, it works for what we need to do every day.
