Filos Hospitality Ventures Private

Our office is located at 72 Chandra, on the 4th floor. We are right on 15th Cross in JP Nagar 3rd Phase. Bangalore is a big place, and JP Nagar has its own vibe that we’ve grown to like over the years. Filos Hospitality Ventures Private is the name we use, but we are just a small group of people working out of this floor. The building has an elevator, but it’s a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. From our windows on the 4th floor, you can see the tops of the trees and the roofs of the neighboring houses. It’s a busy workspace with computers and stacks of paper everywhere. We focus on the hospitality side of things, which means a lot of coordination with different vendors and service staff across Karnataka. We don't have a big polished reception area. Instead, you'll likely find us huddled around a desk trying to solve a maintenance issue or looking over the month’s accounts. It’s a practical environment. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and take short breaks. The 15th Cross can get a bit congested with parked bikes, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other businesses in the building quite well. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day to keep things running.
