FEVVAY CONSTRUCTIONS AND PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Fevvay Constructions and Properties Private Limited is located over at No.1703, on the 3rd floor along 19th Main in HSR Layout Sector 2. It is a busy part of town and the traffic can be a real headache sometimes if you are trying to get here during the busy morning or evening hours. Our office is up on the third floor, so there are a few flights of stairs to climb, but once you are actually up there, it's a bit quieter away from the noise of the street bikes and cars. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters and construction details. It is not always easy work because there is so much coordination needed between the people on the sites and the paperwork back here. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is just us sitting around a table trying to figure out how to solve a problem with a specific plot of land or a building plan that isn't working. We have seen HSR Layout change a lot over the years, with new shops and houses popping up every other week. Being right in the middle of it all means we are always seeing what is going on with the local market. It’s a practical setup we have here, nothing too flashy, just enough room for the desks and the files we need to keep everything moving along. Most of the staff has been together for a while now, so we just get on with it.
