Fashinica Designs Private Limited

Fashinica Designs is located on the 4th floor of Venkateshwara Apartments. We are at unit 304. This is in the Munnekolal area, which is always humming with people. Since we are on the 4th floor, we get a bit of a breeze, which is nice. The apartment itself isn't huge, so we have to be really smart about where we put everything. We’ve got desks for the design work and then areas for all the samples. Sometimes it feels like we are living in a sea of sketches and cloth bits. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a fashion company, but it works for us. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our computers or arguing over a specific shade of blue. The building has an elevator, but it’s a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too much. Munnekolal has changed a lot lately, getting much more crowded. We usually order lunch from one of the small places downstairs. It’s a simple life here. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just want to get our designs done right. The light from the windows is good for seeing the colors correctly. We spend a lot of time just sitting there, working through ideas until they actually look like something wearable and ready to go.
