Our desks are squeezed into the rooms, and we use the dining area for our main meetings. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. We handle agro business, which involves a lot of coordination and keeping track of various suppliers. Panduranga Nagar is a nice part of Bangalore South, with a few trees and a lot less noise than the city center. We spend our days on the computer or on the phone. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby. If someone comes to visit, they just walk right into our workspace. It’s a very informal environment. We don’t wear suits and we don’t have fancy titles. We just get the work done. The kitchen in the apartment is where we make our tea and store our lunches. It’s a simple, honest way to work. We’ve been at Heritage Apartment for a while now and it suits our needs just fine. Farmgro Agro is just a small outfit doing its best.
