Faiz-E-Zulfiqar Foundation

You can find us at House Number 7-5-108, located near Shah Gunj in Kamandargahpura. It’s an old part of the area with lots of history in the narrow streets and old buildings. The Faiz-E-Zulfiqar Foundation is based right here in the middle of it all. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and holds everything we need for our daily work. We don’t have a flashy office with glass partitions or air conditioning that always works. It’s more of a traditional space with thick walls and small windows that keep it relatively cool in the heat of the summer. There’s always a lot of activity in Shah Gunj, and that energy spills over into our office throughout the day. People from the neighborhood are constantly stopping by to ask questions, seek help, or just to see how things are going. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time and know the community. Our desks are usually covered in files, notebooks, and empty tea glasses from earlier in the morning. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule or have a lot of formal rules. We start when the sun is up and stay until the work is finished for the day. It’s an honest way to spend our time. There aren't any fancy posters on the wall or any of that stuff. We just know what we need to do.
