Being near the metro makes it easy for the staff to get in and for people to visit us. Faith Educational Services operates out of a fairly standard building. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time. We have a small team here, and we’ve set up the space to be functional. There’s a main room where most of us sit and a smaller area for meetings if we need one. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy front desk. It’s just a place where we come to work. The layout is simple, and we try to keep it organized, though with all the paperwork we handle, things can get a bit cluttered. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. It’s a friendly enough area. Sometimes we hear the metro trains in the distance, but it’s mostly just the usual neighborhood sounds. We focus on our work and try to help the people who come to us for guidance. It’s a straightforward, local operation. We usually have the radio on low in the background while we sort through applications. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for tea breaks. It’s a comfortable, low-key environment for everyone.
